FAQ's
What services do you offer?
I specialize in custom WordPress development, theme and plugin customization, website development, optimization, and ongoing support. I also provide UI/UX design, e‑commerce solutions, and performance tuning to make sure your site is fast, secure, and scalable.
What is your design & development process?
I follow an agile, collaborative process:
- Discovery – Understand your goals, audience, and requirements.
- Design – Create wireframes and mockups (Figma/Adobe XD).
- Development – Build custom WordPress solutions tailored to your needs.
- Testing – Ensure performance, accessibility, and cross-device compatibility.
- Launch & Support – Deploy your site and provide ongoing maintenance if needed.
How long does a typical project take?
Timelines vary depending on scope, but most projects take 4–12 weeks from kickoff to launch. Smaller updates or optimizations can be completed in just a few days.
What do you charge for a project?
Every project is unique, so pricing depends on scope and complexity. I offer both fixed-price packages for common needs (like site builds or redesigns) and hourly consulting for ongoing support. Once I understand your goals, I’ll provide a clear, upfront estimate.
Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress is my specialty (and I’m a Core Contributor), but I also have experience with PHP, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks. If WordPress isn’t the right fit, I can help recommend or build alternative solutions.
I’ve developed projects in Drupal, Magento, Shopify, HubSpot, Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, and so many more.
Do you provide ongoing support after launch?
Yes! I offer maintenance plans that include updates, backups, security monitoring, and performance optimization. Many of my clients choose to keep me on as a long-term partner.
Can you work with my existing website?
Absolutely. Whether you need a full redesign, a performance boost, or just a few tweaks, I can work with your current setup and improve it without starting from scratch.
Do you work with clients outside Atlanta?
Yes — I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally. Most of my projects are managed remotely, with regular check-ins via Zoom, MS Teams, Slack, or email.
Why do you call yourself a WordPress Wizard?
Because I turn complex problems into simple, magical solutions. No wands required — just clean code and a lot of coffee. ☕✨
